Return & Exchange Policy
Can I return or exchange my items?
Returns and exchanges are reviewed individually. To qualify, the items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the original packaging. Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Please note that items purchased on sale, with discount codes, or through pre-orders/backorders cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
How to return: Return packages should be shipped via registered mail or any mail with tracking to the address you received the parcel from. We will not be responsible for any lost or misplaced mail. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, reimbursement will be issued in the form of store credits or e-vouchers.
Can I amend my shipping address?
Orders can only be amended if they have not yet been fulfilled. To request a change, please email hello@aphyclub.com with your order number and the item you want to amend.
What if my order is returned to you by the courier?
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for a reshipment. Original shipping fees may not be refunded for international orders.
I received a wrong / incorrect / faulty order?
We’re so sorry for the mix-up. If you received the wrong item or notice something missing, please email us at hello@aphyclub.com with your order number, shipping address, and contact details. We’ll send the correct items at no extra cost.
