How do I know my order went through?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@aphyclub.com
Can I update my shipping address after ordering?
Shipping addresses can only be amended if they have not yet been fulfilled. To request a change to your address, please email hello@aphyclub.com with your order number and updated address.
How much is shipping and how long will it take?
Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location. For local orders within Singapore, shipping is $3.50, free for orders above $80. International orders may include extra fees such as customs, taxes, or import charges, which are the recipient’s responsibility.
My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
We work hard to deliver on time, but sometimes delays happen due to courier issues, logistics, or weather. If your package is delayed, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Once your order has shipped, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number. You may track the progress of your order by clicking the link in the email.
When will my backorder arrive? And what happens if there is a delay?
The estimated delivery date for items on backorder is displayed on the product page or you can easily track the delivery status of your parcel using the information provided in the order fulfilment email we send you.
While we aim to deliver by the specified date, unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays or logistical issues may occur. If there are any changes, we’ll notify you via email and keep you updated throughout the process. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
